It is gratifying that this year already the second bonus was awarded to 56 young talents for special achievements. The school performances, the employee interviews, the good or excellent success in the performance competition, and the final apprenticeship examination were considered.
For the sum of over € 32,000, - we would like to express our special thanks to the management for their generous support. Bonuses were awarded to apprentices in the following apprenticeships:

- Process Technology
- Toolmaking Technology
- Operational Logistics
- Electrical Engineering
- IT Technology
- Plastics Technology
- Production Measurement Technology
Additional thanks go to all trainers and those involved in the apprenticeship program for their dedication and commitment. At Hirschmann Automotive, it is our pleasure and daily task to shape our young "diamonds in the rough" into sought-after specialists. We will continue to do so in the future.
